Mit der aktuellen F\u00f6rderung des Bundesministeriums (BMLEH) werden gezielt Investitionen unterst\u00fctzt, die den Einsatz von Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngern erh\u00f6hen und gleichzeitig Emissionen reduzieren.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ziel der neuen Richtlinie ist es, den Anteil an Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger deutlich zu erh\u00f6hen und damit einen messbaren Beitrag zu den Klimazielen Deutschlands zu leisten. Bereits heute werden rund 30 % des anfallenden Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger genutzt \u2013 dieser Anteil soll weiter steigen. Doch was genau wird gef\u00f6rdert und f\u00fcr wen lohnt sich ein Antrag?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen Ma\u00dfnahmen:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b11e8a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"b11e8a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1851\"><p>Gef\u00f6rdert wird die Nachr\u00fcstung bestehender Lager mit gasdichten Abdeckungen. Auch begleitende Ma\u00dfnahmen wie Reinigung, Entleerung oder der Ersatzneubau alter Beh\u00e4lter sind eingeschlossen \u2013 vorausgesetzt, sie befinden sich in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he zu bestehenden Biogasanlagen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1852\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1852\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Umr\u00fcstung bestehender Biogasanlagen<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1852\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1852\"><p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1604\">Ein zentraler Bestandteil der F\u00f6rderung ist die Anpassung bestehender Anlagen, um den Einsatz von Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngern zu erh\u00f6hen. Dazu z\u00e4hlen unter anderem:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1976\"><li data-section-id=\"1rx6s0j\" data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1716\"><strong data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1650\">Substrataufbereitung und -einbringung:<\/strong> Technik zur Verarbeitung von fl\u00fcssigem und festem Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ge3ql7\" data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1797\"><strong data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1752\">Bau von Lagerbeh\u00e4lter:<\/strong> Errichtung gasdichter Beh\u00e4lter aufgrund h\u00f6herer Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngermengen sowie Menge an G\u00e4rrest<\/li><li data-section-id=\"i2a5sv\" data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1905\"><strong data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1821\">Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Sammlung und Annahme von Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger:<\/strong> Technik zur Annahme von Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger sowie logistische Umsetzung der Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngermobilisierung<\/li><\/ul><p>Hierbei gelten folgende Voraussetzungen, damit die F\u00f6rderung angewandt wird:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2913\"><li data-section-id=\"j81wkc\" data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2763\">Anlagen, die bisher keinen Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger eingesetzt haben, m\u00fcssen den Anteil von Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger am Gesamtsubstratinput um mindestens 20 Prozent erh\u00f6hen<\/li><li data-section-id=\"w56fqi\" data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2811\">Anlagen, die bereits Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger eingesetzt haben, m\u00fcssen die j\u00e4hrlich eingesetzte Menge an Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger um mindestens 1.000 Tonnen Frischmasse pro Jahr erh\u00f6hen<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1wrugh\" data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2883\">Anlagen, die bereits jetzt 80 Masseprozent und mehr an Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger einsetzen, m\u00fcssen diese um mind. 10 Prozent steigern<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1853\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1853\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">F\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr Neuanlagen<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1853\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1853\"><p>Neben der Optimierung bestehender Anlagen adressiert die F\u00f6rderrichtlinie auch neue Biogasanlagen. Eine zentrale Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung von Neuanlagen ist ein <strong data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"674\">Mindestanteil von 70 % Wirtschaftsd\u00fcnger<\/strong> an der j\u00e4hrlich eingesetzten Substratmenge, sofern diese Ma\u00dfnahmen nicht durch eine m\u00f6gliche F\u00f6rderung nach dem EEG ausgeschlossen sind<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1854\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1854\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">F\u00f6rderung von Gemeinschaftsanlagen<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1854\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1854\"><p>Auch Investitionen in gemeinschaftlich genutzte Biogasanlagen werden unterst\u00fctzt. Voraussetzung ist unter anderem, dass der Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngeranteil mind. 50 Masseprozent an der j\u00e4hrlichen Substratmenge der zu beliefernden Gemeinschaftsanlage betragen oder, wenn Rohgas f\u00fcr eine Gemeinschaftsanlage bereitgestellt wird, muss der Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngeranteil der zur Rohgasproduktion genutzten Biogasanlage mind. 50 Masseprozent an der j\u00e4hrlichen Substratmenge betragen. Hierbei gilt, dass die Gemeinschaftsanlage mehrheitlich im Besitz der Substratlieferanten sein muss.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1855\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1855\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Erg\u00e4nzende Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1855\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1855\"><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen weitere Investitionen gef\u00f6rdert werden, sofern sie zur Erh\u00f6hung des Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngereinsatzes oder zur Emissionsminderung beitragen. Die F\u00f6rderf\u00e4higkeit sollte im Vorfeld mit der zust\u00e4ndigen Bewilligungsstelle abgestimmt
