die ersten 75kW bzw. 19 auf 18,72 ct\/kWh f\u00fcr die weiteren 75kW)<\/li><li>Anschlussf\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr G\u00fcllekleinanlagen gem\u00e4\u00df Erneuerbare-Energie-Verordnung (EEV) verl\u00e4ngert und verbessert:<ul><li>gilt ab 2027 bis 2032 (Vorbehaltlich der EU-Zustimmung)<\/li><li>Verg\u00fctungszeitraum sind 12 Jahre<\/li><li>Keine Ausschreibung, sondern Festverg\u00fctung mit<ul><li>20,4 ct\/kWh f\u00fcr die ersten 75kW<\/li><li>18,1 ct\/kWh f\u00fcr weitere 75kW<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Voraussetzungen:<ul><li>Die Anlage darf noch nicht an einer Ausschreibung teilgenommen haben<\/li><li>Es d\u00fcrfen zum Stichtag 30.09.2026 max. 150kW instl. sein<\/li><li>Stromerzeugung ausschlie\u00dflich am Standort der Biogaserzeugungsanlage (kein Satellit)<\/li><li>Es muss ein G\u00fclle-Anteil von 80 % eingehalten Entscheidend wird nun sein, welchen Einfluss die Abgeordneten auf das weitere Verfahren nehmen.
