Durch das in Kraft treten der 44. BImSchV am 19.06.2020 wurden neue Grenzwerte f\u00fcr Feuerungs-, Gasturbinen- und Verbrennungsmotoranlagen im Leistungsbereich von 1 bis 50 MW FWL definiert. Neben sch\u00e4rferen Emissionsgrenzwerten und k\u00fcrzeren Messintervallen wurden auch neue Nachweis-, Dokumentations- und Meldepflichten festgelegt. Einer davon ist der NOx-Grenzwert, der von 0,50 g\/m3 auf 0,1 g\/m3 abgesenkt wurde. Die 44.BImSchV ist damit die nationale Umsetzung der europ\u00e4ischen Richtlinie “Mediumsized Combustion Plan Directive” (MPC).\u00a0<\/p>

F\u00fcr Neuanlagen im Bereich Biogas-BHKW, die nach dem 20.12.2018 in Betrieb gegangen sind, ist dieser NOx-Grenzwert ab dem 01.01.2023 einzuhalten. F\u00fcr Bestandsbiogas-BHKWs gilt diese Bestimmung ab dem 01.01.2029.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Zum jetzigen Stand der Technik kann die Einhaltung der NOx-Emissionen von 0,1 g\/m3 nur mit dem Einsatz von SCR Technologie zuverl\u00e4ssig eingehalten werden. SCR steht dabei f\u00fcr einen selektiven katalytischen Reduktionskatalysator. Hierbei werden durch speziell beschichtete Waben ausgesto\u00dfene Stickoxide (NOx) zu Distickstoff (N2) und Wasser (H2O) reduziert. Damit die Reaktion ablaufen kann, ist zus\u00e4tzlich die Zugabe einer Harnstoffl\u00f6sung notwendig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Um das SCR-System in die bestehende Abgasanlage von Biogas-BHKWs zu integrieren sind umfangreichere Umbauma\u00dfnahmen erforderlich. Dabei muss mit einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen zeitlichen Aufwand f\u00fcr Installation und Inbetriebnahme gerechnet werden. Damit der SCR-Katalysator fristgerecht zum 01.01.2023 installiert ist, raten Hersteller und Servicebeauftragte von SCR-Systemen bereits jetzt die technische Umsetzung zu planen und zu beauftragen. Hintergrund ist, dass die Nachr\u00fcstung aller betroffenen BHKWs sowohl personell als auch materiell von den Firmen nicht erst im letzten Quartal gestemmt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Gerade spezifische Komponenten, die f\u00fcr die Reduktion von NOx zu N2 und H2O erforderlich sind, haben bereits jetzt lange Lieferzeiten. Gem\u00e4\u00df den Aussagen verschiedener Lieferanten kann zum Endes des Jahres keine Garantie mehr gegeben werden, dass die entsprechenden Bauteile noch bis Ende 2022 geliefert werden k\u00f6nnen. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist f\u00fcr diese Teile gegen Ende des Jahres eine enorme Preissteigerung zu erwarten. Eine versp\u00e4tete Beauftragung kann deshalb dazu f\u00fchren, dass bestimmte Komponenten nicht mehr in 2022 geliefert werden k\u00f6nnen und eine fristgerechte Inbetriebnahme somit nicht m\u00f6glich w\u00e4re.<\/span><\/p>\n

Des Weiteren m\u00f6chten wir darauf hinweisen die technische Umsetzung des SCR-Systems, wenn m\u00f6glich, noch vor der j\u00e4hrlichen T\u00dcV-Messung einzuplanen, um keine weiteren Kosten durch den Kauf eines Oxidationskatalysator zu verursachen. Denn dieser ist in unserem Produkt bereits integriert.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
