BImSchV am 19.06.2020 wurden neue Grenzwerte f\u00fcr Feuerungs-, Gasturbinen- und Verbrennungsmotoranlagen im Leistungsbereich von 1 bis 50 MW Feuerungsw\u00e4rmeleistung definiert. Einer davon ist der NOx-Grenzwert, der von 0,50 g\/m3 auf 0,1 g\/m3 abgesenkt wurde. Dieser ist f\u00fcr Neuanlagen ab dem 01.01.2023 einzuhalten.<\/p><p>Wir m\u00f6chten mit diesem Beitrag nochmals ausdr\u00fccklich darauf hinweisen, dass die Umsetzung der 44.BImSchV <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Betreiberpflicht<\/span><\/strong> ist. Sprich: Ein Handeln von Beh\u00f6rdenseite ist NICHT erforderlich. Hierbei gilt folgendes zu unterscheiden:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Motortausch:<\/span> Wird ein baugleicher Motor der gleichen Motortypvariante eingebaut, so bleibt es eine bestehende Anlage. Wird ein nicht-baugleicher Motor eingesetzt, so wird die Anlage zur Neuanlage.<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Umbau Z\u00fcndstrahl auf Gas:<\/span> Bei einem Umbau von Z\u00fcndstrahl auf Gas ist von einem nicht-baugleichen Motor auszugehen. Durch den Einbau eines SCR-Systems ergibt sich zus\u00e4tzlich ein einzuhaltender NH3-Grenzwert von 30 mg\/m3. Hintergrund ist, dass sich durch den Einsatz von AdBlue in geringen Mengen Ammoniak bilden kann. Ist das der Fall, so sollte umgehend mit der Beh\u00f6rde Kontakt aufgenommen werden, um die weiteren Schritte zu besprechen. Den Beh\u00f6rden muss dabei aufgezeigt werden, dass Sie als Betreiber sich bem\u00fcht haben ein SCR-System fristgerecht eingebaut zu bekommen.
